Tried calling about what would have been a very expensive and lucrative special order, was told we don't carry that and nothing else, a click. Well it was the 3rd place I contacted so far, at least2 of 3 will check i to if they can help, I'll just have to spend my several hundred dollars somewhere else, must be nice to not need money enough to work for it, or even be interested in obtaining more, not very customer friendly or service oriented, before I call these places I'm getting online, I add the contact info in my phone for identification for callbacks, looks like a job for ole'Mr. Delete button, won't be calling back for future needs. It's a shame, this would have been at least a $500 ballpark order, the kind of customer you would want to possibly consider you business for future needs, even if you couldn't satisfy the requirements for the current project there's always the next, just showing up doesn't make a GOOD employee. Good employees are what build EMPIRES, ones like the one I talked to today, build your competitors interests.
