Visited here today for the first time. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness. Their prices are on point. Very clean and tidy store. Have cash though, because they don't take card, no big deal. Just be prepared. Spent almost $100, so, happy customer! I'll be back.

Exceptional service in all aspects. Highly professional and eager to teach his clients the value of coins. Provides guidance on selling and buying collectable coins and currency. I have done business with CJ for years and never had an had a negative experience. I strongly suggest to visit CJ if you have coinage to sell, trade or, buy. . .

We absolutely love this store! My boyfriend and I collect coins and we made the trip to Jacksonville from Wilmington to shop. Hands down the best shopping experience we have had in Jacksonville! We love the owner! We make trips to Jacksonville now just to see him and shop. If you love coins and good people, this is where to go. They also have jewelry and other cool stuff!

Coins are wayyyyy overpriced. I was told a standard 1oz silver American eagle was $40 when the spot price at the time of this visit was around $25.50. Junk silver was overpriced and as was every other coin whether it was silver or gold. Save your money and go to The Coin Market in Wilmington near Kerr Ave. Their prices at the time of my visit a few weeks ago for a 1oz American silver eagle was $34. If you want the best junk silver prices, give Archie’s Coins in rocky point a call and he will charge the lowest prices for junk silver of $20 per $1 face value. I hate to say it, but CJ Coins is way over priced and should consider lowering the prices to be a bit more competitive in the larger area. Too bad the locals on Jacksonville only have this overpriced coin shop to go to. Spread the word to make others aware of the coin shops in Wilmington and in rocky point who not only have the best prices but also are much more happy to see and speak with you.
