Such a pleasant contrast to the Elizabeth City branch. Entire transaction done in less than 5 min. Lady behind the desk was so pleasant. I have never had that easy and quick of a visit to the DMV of any state that I have lived in. Will be coming here from now on.

This place sucks stopped in there yesterday to ask them to fax my dot physical to raleigh for me both peaple weren't doing anything but would not fax one piece of paper for me. Just plain lazy. Mighty sad there work for the public but they think there better than anybody else

Just go there an let them know you want an antique tag for your antique car
I believe you can use whichever address as long as you are getting mail at both homes. The license is for the whole state of North Carolina. It should be the address you spend the most time at., and where you have the most accessible important mail that comes to you. As long as you have a North Carolina physical address.
