My 97 yr old Dad recently started receiving care in his home from Home Instead Senior Care. I found the process of initiating services to be easy and streamlined. My Dad is still quite independent but with a noticeable decline in cognitive abilities which results in a risk to his safety so it's reassuring to have another set of eyes in his home. I live in another state. My Dad didn't initially welcome someone in his home but after trying out a couple of caregivers we now have a great match...thanks Home Instead for persevering and making a touchy situation a success!
