Only had 2 workers. We stood around for over an hour because no one would help us. Definitely do not recommend coming here if you want a fun experience with your kids.

I feel so bad for these employees. Two employees on a Saturday afternoon, one was working a birthday party leaving the other to check out customers and fill the bears up. I felt awful for her and worse for the children listening to all their parents complaining.

Yes it's open, wear a mask obvs haha Wait at the entrance for someone to come up to you beyond that they'll tell exactly what to do(: it's still a very fun warm experience while remaining safe

The last time I was there they had a elvis puppy and clothes to go with it.
