I have never received an answer by mail regarding my status with my sight disability with the form I sent in regarding my riding the ADA bus. All I need to see is a yes or no on paperwork. Need an answer as to why somepeople with a disability pay $1.00 round trip and I pay $4.00 round trip, Something wrong with this?

Studio Schedule

Vivian is awful at scheduling. She finally gave me pick up times and then transferred me to Mike after being in the phone for 7 minutes. Then, Mike erased those times and pushed the second pick up time out further, making my elderly Mom have to wait 45 minutes longer. His response to me was, “you don’t have to use us.” He said it with a facetious tone. I made the appointment, because I didn’t Have another choice.. I told him I would call back and check to see if anything changes. I expected Vivian to be more capable of handling a phone call for scheduling and I expect ted Mike to act appropriately and respectfully and received neither! Mike also should have found a way to accommodate the originally times Vivian gave me and he was totally out of line with his demeanor and words toward me.
