At this housing authority work the most heartless people.

DO NOT MOVE HERE they are not concern about the tenants, they never fix any maintenance problems, if you have mold they will tell you its your responsibility to get rid of the mold. And when your toilet flushes it goes in the front yard. You are wasting your time telling the manger or anyone on staff any issues. I do have pictures of mold in the bathroom ceiling, and bedroom windows , and on the floor. In which they know when it flood in 2010 they never corrected any of the problems. They get no stars from me, at all. You have ministers that work there which they are only hired hands by themselves and not from the Lord, meaning when it comes to God sheep they run away instead of communicating.

The receptionist Ida that answer the phone is always rude and doesn’t like compliment. I’ve been calling this property for the last two months or so and I get the same attitude and lady every time. I called in requiring an application for my mom and the lady was being rude the entire time. She doesn’t want to help nor give you any information about the applying for the properties. I understand we all have outside problems but please don’t take it out on us. You should always be professional or take the day off if you are having a bad day. Please remove Ida from answering phones calls because she is very RUDE! Every time I call in & she answer the phone I will continue to file a complaint until the problem is fix. Hire somebody with a positive attitude and love helping families that’s are in dying needs. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!’

The main number is 615-794-1247 call them and ask them for the fax number
I'm sure they would if they have openings. They have a waiting list that isn't moving due to them replacing people to rebuild properties. I would suggest you call to verify
It's based on ur income I think it's 10% of your early imcome
