I love our new apartment. We have a view of the pool and the pond. Our kids love to watch the turtles from our balcony. The sound control is amazing. We don’t hear anything when we are inside. I was a little nervous with it being three stories but we don’t hear a sound.

We are around the 1085.00 a month with two dogs. We started renting May 1. The price varys from month to month due to time of year. Cheaper fall/winter/spring...but higher late spring into the summer.

I've seen a lot of Seniors there. It's quiet, clean, nice and security on site. People I talked to who live there love it!
