Intake nurse was great. Otherwise really bad experience. I feel like my nurses would have been good but I never saw them due to another emergency in the ER. But instead of assigning another nurse to check in on me, they abandoned me for hours with an empty IV bag. I also had to flag another nurse down to hook me back up after I used the restroom because mine was nowhere to be found.

My stay was very comfortable, all of the nurses, the ones that cleaned my room was extra nice. I could have ask for better care. All of the doctors that could take of me were exceptable great. Thank you all for the great care.

YES... They are required by LAW to have this... Talk to a "Financial patient assistance coordinator" or department.
I was recently here with a family member and yes, it is called a convenience of stay. You can pay $30 and patient and 1 family member/friend can stay in the room that will be used after surgery the night before. Bring regular meds with you though. You are not considered a patient until gotten for surgery, so no medical or nursing care until then. It is just like being a guest in a hotel. You don't have to worry about traffic on surgery morning. Great option!
