I have purchased an entertainment center with curio cabinets as well as 2 upholstered pieces from Brownlees. The most recent was a custom loveseat. I cannot say enough about the staff and customer service. Things don’t always go smoothly in life but you can count on Brownlees to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied!

My wife and I visited Brownlees to look for new kitchen chairs. They were busy but Jamie helped us but had to leave to take care of leaking water pipes and flooding in the warehouse. Linda Smith helped us and very efficiently placed the order for the warehouse and completed the paperwork. The office was then nicely and efficiently completed the order and communicated with the warehouse. We left for about an hour and returned to the warehouse. The folks in the warehouse were very friendly and careful in preparation of the chairs and the bench to be loaded on our truck. We were very satisfied with our purchase and the friendliness of all the employees in making our experience satisfying. I’ve known the senior Brownlees for for a long time and I know he is proud of the customer service that we experienced in our purchase
