Beautiful quiet spot to have lunch next to the river or up by the secluded playground with kids. Beautiful spot for taking pictures as well. Kids love squishing around in the shallow areas!

Very relaxing and beautiful place to visit. Plenty of things to see if you are into nature and exploring. Also has a nice play set for the kiddos to enjoy.

Yes, there is a shelter. Reservations are required and there is a fee. I just don't know what it is.
