We stopped by today unsure of what we needed. We had a few ideas, but hadn't purchased a mattress before. Tammy greeted us as soon as we walked in, and I was immediately impressed with how straightforward the store and customer service were. It is decorated, but it gets right to the point with what it offers: many options for furniture and mattresses, for astounding prices. There is no frilly stuff that tries to grab your attention and distract from the amount on the price tag, and I really appreciate that honesty. We also felt welcomed - having our two toddlers with us can sometimes get out of hand, but Tammy was incredibly kind. You can tell this is a business that cares about people, and about family. We were in and out of the store within minutes, and feel confident with our purchase. Thankful to have such quality local businesses here in Waupaca!

Amazing customer service! My husband fell and I found I was unable to lift him off a chair/couch so looked into lift chairs. I am so glad I called and talked to Josh. I stopped in on Fri afternoon and he said it would be a Mon delivery. When I explained my dilemma he arranged to have the chair delivered within a half hour. And the price was half of what other stores were telling me. The delivery guys were super and set it all up for us. It’s been a couple weeks and it’s been a huge help- thanks Josh!

Great store. Friendly and patient. No high pressure sales. Purchased couch, recliner and lift chair for about third of the big name stores. Been a couple months and no issues with anything.
