10/10 food, 10/10 service, 10/10 atmosphere. The people rating this low have bizarre criticisms. Here's some I've seen: "The food is too pricey!" For a semi-formal Japanese restaurant that serves fresh, perfectly prepared food... no it's not expensive. It's perfectly reasonable. Go back to Taco Bell. "My kids didn't like the salad!" ...kids never like salad. "The server didn't make enough jokes and didn't entertain!" It's not a server's job to perform as your personal jester. "It's too dark inside!" You are likely biased due to regularly dining at fast food restaurants that use bright florescent lighting. "I was forced to tip the server!" If you were considering not tipping in the first place, you should go back to eating fast food. Don't punish the servers because you're cheap.
