Susan works the service desk and I absolutely felt as if she treated me differently, She was rude and intentionally made her own rules on how to service customers. I visited Walmart on 7/16/22 and after I checked out I realized an item rang up incorrectly. I went to the service desk as waited 5 minutes for Susan to come from the back.. she acted like I switched stickers.. and refunded my money but refused to check me out because they don’t do that anymore at cusomter service. I did speak with a manger & confirmed they will check out customers, her behavior must be normal because he seemed not surprised. Management should remind her that her behavior is a direct reflection of them and she needs to follow Walmart’s rules and not make up her own…

On a Sat early eve when everyone is shopping & they shut-down these self-serve ck-outs on one end & the other only had 4 of 6 working, so line was super long to point customers left their carts & prob went to Target. On top of that not one in-person ck-out lane was open....what a joke! I will never shop @this location again as usually am on west side anyway.

One time several squad cars tore into the parking lot tailing a guy. Maybe a dozen officers got out and pointed their guns at the guy (who happened to be between us so we were downrange of them) as we were heading into the store. We took off running thinking we might be killed inadvertently. Kind of a scary experience, but they've got pretty decent produce here.

I went here today to pick up a shoe polising kit, which the website said was available in store. However after driving about 30 min to pick one up, they didn't have one in stock and said that Thursday they should have more available. I understand mistakes happen, but update your inventory so the website is more current and up to date. Giving this Walmart three stars only because it was clean while walking throughout the store and I was greeted while walking in.
