Front desk people were rude every time I went. They also keep sending a bill that I've paid and I told them I paid but they "can't find in their records" even though I've given them all the info they need and I have a bank statement. Trying to double charge... Sketchy.

Maggie was my PCP but I was never informed she left. I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment and waited 2 hours for a simple medication refill that they refused to do over the phone. I sat there for 2 hours for the PA to spend 2 minutes in the room just pushing through my medications and scoffed at me when I informed him I would be late for my other appointment as I had been there for 2 hours already. No history or physical exam. No questions asked. It tells you a lot when a facility continuously loses providers and patients. I will not be returning and would not recommend.

The Beans

My family and I gone here for 6 whole whole misery filled years. Every time we found a wonderful caring doctor they would leave the next week or month before we could follow up with them. They leave like rotating doors. I've never seen doctors leave a facility so fast in my life! It's horrible! The treatment is terrible. The only good thing there is the Labcorp. Otherwise i would never ever ever recommend Edgewater medical center in Lillington to anyone not even to a person I dislike. There's never a permanent doctor that that other than the main doctor who has a terrible horrible side manner. If you're ok with 1 minute doctor sessions with abandonment issues, them never knowing your name or who you are or why you're there, or your prior health conditions that should be in their system then this is the place for you. If you're looking for no medical attention whatsoever then this is the place for you. Other than labcorp (who's staff I'd give 5 stars and medals of honor for dealing with all the doctor's incompetence)

This use to be the place to go to in Lillington for great care. Not anymore. Just terrible is how I would describe it now. Seems like everyone here, from the time you walk in the door, till the time you walk out is suffering from a severe case of “I don’t care”.
