Half the staff doesn't know what the other half is doing. They tell you one thing and do another. They give out resident information to NON FAMILY MEMBERS. The whole place just needs to be shut down. If they cared about the residence that lived there. They would stick to their charts and watch what they do closely.

a year ago this place had roaches! a year later it has roaches.. How can you expose your loved ones and family to dirty bugs as these? This issue needs to be reported to housing authority. It's disgusting.
