I came to visit a family member and the staff seems very friendly but that does not excuse the fact that someone is stealing my uncles snack and his possessions out of his room because he cannot see. That is unacceptable.

I currently have a family member here at this time. The team seems very inconvenienced anytime anything is asked of them. They are inattentive and rude the majority of the time. They do not check on residents and care for them appropriately. This place is government funded and clearly our government/Medicare/Medicaid/United healthcare is not aware of what is going on in this facility. It appears they need an investigation. I really hate to say these things publicly on here due to I myself work in a healthcare facility but, I am allowed to treat patients like this and I know they should not be treating patients this way. Also, the front says 5 * reviews above the entrance. This is false advertising because it is definitely not 5* stars. I understand this is a government funded center and they probably do not have lots of money for paying employees. However, they really should hire some educated individuals who care about their patients because clearly it appears to me that some of these staff members are not educated or appropriate for work in this field.

Brian Center of Wilson has really amazed me and I’m very pleased with how my family member was treated while in the facility. Staff was kind and very helpful to my family.They really sympathized with our situation and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our family member feel comfortable with their stay, I really can’t say thank you enough.. There is access to a supply of medication for first dosing at the center that is available while new medication orders are communicated with the off-site pharmacy. Recurring prescriptions are filled by the off-site pharmacy for residents. Consultant pharmacists review each resident's medication list on admission and monthly thereafter to monitor each resident’s individual medication regimen and make recommendations to the physician.
