This is not an ordinace which immediately triggers a misdemeanor crime but is one similar to vandalism and allows reparations for damaged property if the victim files with the magistrate. If the violators are found guilty and does not comply with court orders to rectify, the violator may be further charged $200 per day beyond the court deadline and/or 30 days in jail for each day it is not rectified. (Ex. 7 days beyond is $1400 and or 7 months)
