You have to wait at least an hour after your appointment time to be seen, even if it’s télé-health. Usually an hour and a half. Scheduling seems all over the place (I’ve had to call multiple times to cancel an appointment, had appointments made as in-office when i reiterated that it needed to be tele-health many times) and they referred me somewhere that does not take my insurance. The people are generally nice, but this place is not run well at all and it’s incredibly frustrating.

Definitely not a good place to go for an emergency or urgent matter they will turn you away because they are freaking out about covid

They wasted my time there at the Aesthetic. They made me wait 35 min with an appointment. Waiting for the lady who would see me, I just heard her on the next room chatting nonsense with another client. I just left and took my business somewhere else. They immediately called me to apologize but using that system SLYDIAL so the phone does not ring but they can leave you a message. Useless apology. Keep chatting! You will never see me again!
