First I want to say I owned boats and docked at marinas for 27 years and this marina treats you like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to keep your boat there. I had a number of issues using their Service dept. including one time leaving my transom bolts to the engine loose, oil drain plug loose and another time a fuel line clamp not tighten. Most of the staff are friendly but they have some very rude, unhelpful employees. Any time you bring an issue to manager he finds some sneaky way to mess with you or makes very customer unfriendly comments. I moved my boat to another marina that is very customer friendly.
