One of their vans pulled out in front of traffic almost causing an accident with two vehicles. Because he did not wait at the stop sign till it was safe. My 3-year-old son was in the car and he looked like it was our problem not his. He did not care about the people around him. This happened in Havelock, the end of 9 Mile and Miller. We had no stop sign and neither car had their blinker on.
