Megan is my new hairstylist for life, she did so well and made me feel so good about my hair again! I was her first client and I was amazed at how my hair turned out, recently went back for a touch up and she did even better than the first time I didn't know was possible!:) 😍 Update: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE INSTRUCTORS. I came in for a root tap, which is matching my grow out to the color I currently had. I had a beautiful blonde from Megan but it had been a few months so my hair had grown out and I had a maternity photoshoot comming up so I wanted my hair to look fresh again. Megan wasn't avaliable so I went to another student that was given the wrong instructions from the teachers. They told the student to do a "color correction". I sat in the chair for almost 5 hours the first day, left 50 minutes late for an appointment I told them I absolutely needed to make with wet hair, bleach still left in my hair and it was melting in my hands. The next day I came back for them to add toner and it took nearly 2 hours. I was there 35 minutes after they closed, with only the student and a teacher that kept making fun of my hair. First she said it was yellow during my wash, then after blow drying she said it was green. I think she thought it was funny but that is SO UNPROFESSIONAL to make fun of a paying client. I never signed a waiver and after I contacted them for a refund because I was unhappy the results were far from what I wanted, they told me I'm not allowed back at the school. Up intill writing this review i have been so poliet and nice. I do not like conflict but I also don't like being treated as a joke. My hair is my identity and you ruined it before a very important moment for me. I wound up buying supplies and fixed it myself in just one hour rather than 7 hours! Also, I've NEVER had bleach on my hair processing for 4 hours, im surprised I have any hair left. Adding pictures for any future clients.

This is a great place for my beauty needs. Alexa has done a great job in my hair - cut and color. She is very professional and listens to what the customer wants. She has also done facials for me and pedicures. I’ve always left with a professional job!

Megan Monaghan was my stylist and I can’t say enough about her! You would never know she is a student: She is professional. She is friendly and very approachable. And her skills shine through her work. If you have yet to visit this salon/cosmetology school I highly suggest a visit. I would ask for Megan ! But I’m sure the other students Are just as pleasant as they have a caring and talented instructor on the floor to guide them and answer their questions.
