Dr. Telleria recently surgically repaired by torn achilles tendon and corrected a Haglunds deformity. Most importantly, the outcome of the surgery was excellent. It could not have went any better. Dr. Telleria is a highly skilled foot/ankle surgeon. She was thorough, professional, spent a lot of time answering all my questions. The entire staff was great, the PA, billing, scheduling. I highly recommend Dr. Telleria!

I've never witnessed such a disorganized and incompetant medical office. What should have been a fairly simple and routine ordeal has left my 18-year-old son with the inability to walk. Five weeks after his surgery, he had a fall that bent the surgical knee all the way back, where all 240 lbs of his weight sat on that bent knee. I immediately call their office. Im informed both his doctor and his nurse practitioner are on vacation AT THE SAME TIME. They said id have to take him to the emergency room. The ER, of course, informed him that the Er is not the place to address this and he needs to see his doctor. They said his doctor had other providers in the office....but northern rocky said he could not see another provider, that it had to be his surgeon, but his surgeon was gone. I spent the next week with my son regularly sobbing because of the pain. Rocky mountain did not care and refused to offer any solutions. Its now been three months and my son still can't walk. I've been trying to reach out to their office manager, Mary, who doesn't return calls and is literally never available. I kick myself every day for putting my son in their care, and worry that this injury will affect him the rest of his life from lack of care. I do not recommend this medical facility...the right hand never seems to know what the left hand is doing, nor do they care to remedy that
