Trying to delivery service for the first time today July 7th, place my order at 9:00 a.m. it is 12:30 still haven't received anything they said I should have had it delivered by 2 hours. I don't know they haven't even contacted me back so maybe I just won't use the service again. My wife has tried it twice everything went fine, but when I try it on my day off I can't seem to get any response or anything. I'm sure they'll tell me they're busy or something of the sort, but they don't even answer the phone, so maybe they're just not there maybe it's closed but if it's closed they shouldn't be taking orders. So my order finally showed up so I changed my review from one star to three stars it did take a couple hours the delivery person told me that I should have put on there deliver as soon as possible or something like that but I ended up getting my delivery everything I ordered came with it so pretty decent will try it one more time maybe I'll raise it up to four stars

I’ve been buying product from Cannable for a couple years now. Their delivery service used to be awesome and had a decent variety of things to choose from but lately that has not been the case. In fact, I don’t purchase from them like I used to because of this. I’m disabled and it’s hard for me to go there in person. Further, I wish they had some sort of consistent menu for delivery. Some people actually use these things as medication and not just recreational. Their inconsistent menu makes it hard to get what you need. I know they offer next day delivery which is another reason why I stop consistently ordering. Please go back to the way you were. I miss the consistency. Edit: they say they tried to contact me but I have not received any messages???? Weak to claim that on here. Further, I see all the loyalty points that I accumulated are gone…

Not too bad. The shop has a decent vibe to it. We always end up spending more than we anticipated. I guess that's a good thing. I wish they would take C.C./Debit Cards transactions. The check-in process could be improved.

My advice, don't go in to shop. Order online and pickup is fine. That would've been 10x faster for me, if I would have known. Ended up getting skipped/missed and waiting 30-40 min. For being my first time, I absolutely wasn't impressed. You can tell that they still need to work out their waiting system more.
