I love my doctor, and have gone through multiple doctors until I found the one I chose to be my primary care provider. I even travel 40+ minutes just to be seen by this doctor. So imagine my surprise when I come into my appointment today, to be told that my doctor had called in and they scheduled me with a different doctor. I am not okay being seen by a different doctor, but because I already spent the gas to get to the Parlier location from Lemoore, I had to bite the bullet and be seen so that it wasn’t a waste of gas when gas is so damn expensive right now. Maybe ask the patient first before scheduling them with another provider.

Phone line staff hangup on you, having you to constantly call back and try to schedule the appointment.

I asked my doctor for a refill on a medication that she prescribed me and had the nerve to ask ME what it’s called by its actual medical name… they don’t pay attention to your chart. I recommend my sister to them (before all of this) and her doctor didn’t give her any medication for a burn incident on her finger. All he said is to put it in epsom salt and that SHOULD do the trick. I didn’t pay for a SHOULD.
