10/10 do NOT recommend absolute worst service department. I have always bought Kia and I’m sad to say I will never buy one again and I’m trading in my 2021 Kia K5 I just picked up my car today and they told me that I had a “pending” check engine light on for a thermal management system and when I picked up my car it had 5other engine lights that it didn’t have and my cruise control doesn’t work …my sensors don’t work and my car barely made it up the CR hill. I never want to step foot in this place again they are absolutely incompetent. The last time I was in here for a faulty fuel door they charged me for a service inspection because “nothing was wrong” but before I could even step foot in my car of course I checked the fuel door and it was still Not working the service desk agent “Alan” continued to be rude condescending and told me he would show me how to work my car and then he proceeded to have the same struggle I did they replaced the part a week and half later under warranty and said they would reimburse by fee which flash forward months later they never did and when I brought it up today they couldn’t find anything about it until finally thankfully Jared figured it out. This place needs to get it together they seem to only do the bare minimum and try to get away with doing nothing if they can. I don’t know what they did to my car during their test driving but I don’t trust this place at all SUPER SHADY! Now I have to pay them to check my car that they messed up!
