These prices are the same as they were before Covid. I love this place when I spend $100 you see $100 and that's important for me right now, because everything has gone up.

Reinstituted mask policy with no warning, and who knows why. Who cares why. Not mentioned on their page. AAFES stores aren't requiring masks, and even Cali isn't, but I went to do my grocery shopping, saw the sign, and was so mad, I walked out and went to Safeway, even with inflation hitting me hard. And I was so glad there was at least somewhere else to go. And for now, I could afford to, even if it hurt. Commissary falls under the base commander, so he is responsible for this. Looking him up, would be one Col. Corey Simmons. As former military so tired of watching leadership become more and more authoritarian and risk averse over the years. Definitely on display here. More generally, so done with being messed with by random authority figures 'because the pandemic says we can' as I just try to live as normal a life as I can. People are over it.

Shopping in the commissary, as with any type of shopping, food, clothing, cars, etc., one must comparative shop. Not all prices there are the best. Nor does it have an outstanding selection, but what it does have is of good quality.

Yes, any era military veteran can shop at the commissary as long as they have a valid ID, which can be accessed through the VA.
Yes. Just shorter hours today. Maybe till 4pm?
Just give them a call
No they cannot. Retirees, Active Duty, Veterans with Service Connect Disabilities are the only ones eligible to make purchases. Civilians can enter the Commissary, Base Exchange and Class Six store but cannot purchase items To enter the Base depends. I the level of Security But basically you need an ID card or Base Pass from the front gate office. They will Vet you.
Not currently. Only ID card holders are allowed at this time.
Not sure about the who can enter part, but I think everyone still needs an ID. However, there are no longer limits on meat quantities.
I don't think they have curbside pickup.
Call them on the phone.
According to my friend the Commissary was open this morning. Their toilet paper shelves and morr were empty though
No, reserves, national guard, service members families, and retirees can shop at the commissary. As long as you have a valid ID.
I honestly do not know. Sorry!
Open both days with reduced hours.
Approximately 1750 miles.
No ideas about this.
They just had one! I believe you can look it up online.
