I’ve never tried Dunkin before but omggg the sizes of the coffees are huge 😳. The chocolate frappe drink is really good. I do recommend it

i go to this location regularly because it’s the closest to me however today they turned me away just because it was someone’s birthday. This is extremely unprofessional from the employees and managers for allowing them to turn away customers when any celebration could be done after work. Starbucks is better anyways. -10/10

Worst customer service ever! She argued with me, told me I was disrespectful when she didn’t even try to understand my order. I told her she needed to Google “customer service” and she said I should Google “understaffed.” Since when do fast food people get to smart off to customers and then slam the window shut? I was the only customer so I don’t think that she had a good excuse for being rude.

The Dunkin Donuts in Bellaire, Texas offers unwanted customer service to individuals whom they don't care to see come through they're doors (Please display a sign informing who will not get service at this location). I received a very very weak Americano, and this is my second bad experience; it want be a third. So disappointing when it's your first cup of coffee for the day.

If this is the store by 290 .. than yeah they are some racist people working there.. I think all DD are the same way. And I'm in Chicago right now..
