Customer service is horrible . When the IRS deposited my refund , I went here to withdraw 4 thousand . The teller straight up lied to me and said the funds wasn't available which I knew was a lie . I went to another branch after calling corporate to withdraw my money .

Wish I could give 0 stars but oh well. 2 ATM out of service.. can't make transactions inside either. They have no internet. So the employees are just sitting in there -___- just close down tf.

Really bad customer service ! We had an appointment to set up a bank account with a confirmation number. They then told us they couldn’t find our appointment I then proceeded to show them the confirmation in which they told me it was a different location. We then showed them the location was this bank to which they acknowledged it in fact was. The lady still told us she wasn’t able to see us when no one was in the bank !! I’m so confused as to why if the bank is empty and we have an appointment you can’t see us! I have never been treated so poorly I will be searching for a new bank!

dealing with tellers and bankers has always been a good experience, as I have been coming to this bank for years. But they literally only have 2 and if you’re lucky 3 tellers, and super long lines. Usually a 15-20 min wait smh
