This morning I was without internet or phone. And as Murphy's Law had it, I was also without my cell phone. Once I retrieved my cell phone I called MTE to report the outage. Unlike other providers, I didn't wait on hold, and was immediately connected to tech support. MTE's tech support didn't have me perform unnecessary router resets, which I had already done several times, or go through a list of unnecessary questions. They pulled up my account, saw that my service was down and quickly identified that the outage was on their end. Within 30 minutes the problem was fixed and service restored. This was not the first time and I have had to call tech support and I'm sure it won't be the last. Each time I have called my service needs have been resolved quickly and professionally.

We now have our landline and internet tnru them. Huge savings. Available even in the country. Yes yiu can keep your old 549 number.

Price is OK, internet is terrible. Can barely have 1 device running at a time before buffering and quality drop.. have had to reset modem several times. At least once a week.
