We've been coming to Flaco's Tacos for the past 9 years, and it's been a favorite for a long time. However, in the last couple months, every time we order for delivery or pickup, at least one part of our order has been wrong or missing. The only reason this is a two star review and not one is because they did fix it today, but not until I physically walked back to the store. We were calling nonstop for about 30 minutes and no one answered. EDITED TO ADD: my husband and I both woke up with food poisoning in the middle of the night. This happened to me last time I ate at Flaco’s too, but I wanted to believe it was a one-time thing. Unfortunately Flaco’s has just had a nosedive in terms of both service and food. Such a shame.

Hi! Tables are spaced to respect social distance. Occupancy is currently capped at 40%. Outer doors are open to introduce outside air, and the HVAC system has been renovated to operate at optimal levels. We have a strict mask policy for all guest and all Team members. Team members wear gloves, and sanitize surfaces between guests. Sanitizer is available for guests and team members. Hand washing is mandatory for all team members. Gracias!
