Recommend for anyone who likes a real cup of coffee at a totally fair price. The staff is always so nice! I have gone there at least 12 days out of the month for the last year and a half and they have never gotten my coffee wrong!

I love Simple Roast. The take out coffee shack is just up the road from work, so it’s my “go to” for coffee and specialty drinks. Their coffee menu changes monthly. It’s creative and the drinks are great. The staff is wonderful. 10 stars would be my rating if I could!

Hello! We roast our coffee right in Auburn. We have a roasting facility on the west side where we produce all of our fresh beans twice a week!
