There is a nice baseball field, playground, picnic tables & public restrooms near the parking lot. A little beach area for those not wanting to go out on the water but it appeared a bit more rocky than sandy. Also saw a few guys who were kite surfing enter the lake from this beach. Getting boat into the water was nice & easy. The staff at the entrance was always very nice. We had dropped a cellphone in the restroom before heading out on the lake and staff held onto it for safe keeping until we returned later that day. Was here the weekend prior to 4th of July 2022 & this was the only boat dock we could find open to the public, which we found odd & frustrating but were appreciative that we at least had this option.

Easy to launch your boat here. Inspection going in and out took awhile. Get there early. Parking lot fills up fast.
