Really frustrated. Dassel's used to call the night before so that we could be sure the property was open. It's even in the file, call the night before. Dassel's been providing propane to the property for 30+ years and they've always done this. Now, they call when they are minutes away and of course, I'm an hour away so I can't do anything. According to the drivers, they have no clue as to what their schedule is until the moment they pickup the truck. This is on top of the stuff that went on this winter, where they said they were coming out and didn't, then lied about when the next delivery was for the next 2 weeks. This happened more than once this winter. I feel like I have no option but to switch the provider to Mountain Propane Services.

Horrible service, We are always running in the red zone and many times have run out of fuel. They claim they are short handed. Today I'm in the red zone again ready to run out and when I complained she hung up on me.

I have been a Dassel's customer since 2017. The stars of this company are Renee in dispatch and our regular driver's Chris and Steve. Renee is A+ all the way around with prompt, smart solutions to problems that arise with my account. She is extremely knowledgeable and most of all kind. Steve and Chris have been our drivers, they possess courteous, friendly attitudes. They show up when they say they are coming, and follow all directions for entering the property. I love that they call ahead to notify for deliveries. I know I can always count on them in a pinch. The new General Manager, Rafe has been most helpful with our account. He is knew to the Hollister office and will be a great asset to the performance of this business. I love the new 'My Fuel Portal' website, to request deliveries and pay my bills.
