I just signed my for my third year here at Silver Maples. The apartments are generally nice and the area is safe but the upkeep in the apartments was AWFUL- for example, Duct tape behind walls holding pipes together, things zip tied together, doors that have been broken since we moved in. We have had many property managers over the years but this is the first time things are actually getting done. Donna/maintenance has been seen working so hard all summer to, not only make this place look better, but to actually follow through on what they say they will do. I look forward to seeing/am very hopeful for the progress that will be made here!

Very understanding as long as you put forth the effort to communicate with them. Has a decent size living room and a big bedroom with a walk in closet which is nice
