Why is it appointment based? It’s not a drs office, it defeats the purpose of its name. I needed to be seen then, not 4 flipping hours from then. Very irritating.

This isn’t the OhioHealth Emergency Room (no quotes! It’s very real) in Lewis Center, this is the urgent care in Delaware. Both have always provided adequate care. It sounds as if you already went, so I’m not sure what this question is for.
