The entire team was wonderful to work with. Water damage from bathroom faucet on first floor ran down through three floors, even into basement. Called at 9 pm, team was there next day at 9 am! Very knowledgeable, used latest technology to get the damage contained and dry. So glad to see women included on team who did virtually all of the work over four days. Meticulous, hard-working experts. Highly recommend!

We were very happy to have Operation Restoration tend to our home. Our brand new house flooded from high water pressure in our neighborhood. They quickly came out same day and the fans were running that night. Enjoyable and thoughtful employees who made sure two stressed people had everything they needed. Had broken pipe water damage in a finished lower level on a Sunday afternoon. Called them and phone was answered quickly by the company, not an answering service. Info was provided and a technician was dispatched. They arrived on time and went to work documenting and producing a plan. Plan was gone over and explained to us in detail of what would need to happen. We approved the plan and a crew of two and equipment arrived quickly. The crew was extremally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; and went right to work. We were kept informed on each step of the process. During the load in, running, and subsequent removal of the equipment, outstanding care was taken to mitigate any additional damage to the home. All questions were answered promptly, and any requests were handled without issue. Quality of their work is evident in how well everything turned out. I would highly recommend them and will use them if ever needed in the future.
