Arrived at the facility and was able to order and was waited in promptly. Ordered the Mac and cheese as well as plantains. When I tell you everything was so hot and delicious. The Mac and cheese was cheesy and good. The gravy with the plantains provided it so much flavor. They were fried nicely. Honestly was my first tike trying it and already planning to go back tomorrow.

Ordered 4 lunch plates of several different combinations. Was told it would be a little over an hour and a half. Had to change out one dish due to availability of ingredients. That having been said, the food was ready in time and was fantastic. The curry goat was fall off the bone tender, cabbage vegetable mix was a nice blend of softer and crisper textures. I prefer a more 'casserole' style Mac and cheese, but this was still serviceable. My son very much enjoyed the curry chicken. Neither were tremendously hot spicy, but did have a nice balance of seasoning versus heat. Lunch portions were generous enough to leave some leftover sides for the next day. Everything reheated well. Looking forward to trying more of the menu!

There is only the owner there working, so it takes a while to get your order. It may be the time of day, but I always have to call my customer and ask about a substitution. The food has to be good because there are always customers there and the phone continuously rings to further slow down the process. But like I said, it must be worth it!
