Very clean facility. Always very nice staff. My son and I go here at least once a week to either use the machines, or just rent a batting cage for practice for an hour... And will continue to do so

Fast is 68-72 approx. Medium would be around 60 and slow would be 40-50. I don't know the exact #s but having seen them, it's a close approximation.
