I wish I could give a 0 star rating. I called in to place a to go order and the person taking the order was extremely rude. First off they obviously don’t want you to call into place orders because every time you do they make sure to make it as unpleasant as possible and tell you that you can order online. I expressed I didn’t want to order online I wanted to call in. I told him the first item I wanted to order and he repeated it back but I couldn’t make out what he said. I asked him to repeat it and he refused and said he got what you told me down and it was to late they are already making it ( keep in mind it hasn’t been 5 seconds. ) I explained I wanted to make sure it was correct he told me I could order online and I should look at the menu to see what I wanted. I told him I was already and the name of the dish I wanted and asked if it only had these items and he said if that’s what you ordered. He literally couldn’t had tried to make it anymore difficult. The person working shouldn’t be helping customers and from the looks of the other reviews this isn’t anything out of the ordinary for him. I drive to the store to find out he cancelled my order because he didn’t think I wanted it anymore. Never a apology or explaining there was a misunderstanding only more rude behavior I won’t be back anytime soon and I hope people see this before they waste there money and are spoken to poorly. I have a feeling the business would probably have more success if they had employees who treated their customers properly.

My family really enjoys the food here. Of the 2 mexican restaurants in the county, my family prefers the food from El Centenario. Unfortunately, we will not eat there anymore. The man who takes all the call in orders is extremely rude. …Hey guys!🤠 We want to remind everyone that we do our best to place the food containers in our to-go orders so there’s not spilling or tipping over. Although, there’s nothing we can really do if something happens after the order leaves the restaurant. Of course if there’s a mistake or a missing item you can always bring it back and we’ll fix our mistake! We appreciate the love and support from our amazing customers during this time. Sincerely el centenario

Very disrepectful. Had called to place a to go order and the guy said he didnt know if we were calling the wrong place after we told him we didnt want certain things in the order. Then he proceeded to say it was a problem. Thus we said …🚨🚨‼️‼️🚨🚨 11-12-21 Due to the current pandemic and safety precautions recommended by the government, This is a very hard situation, we appreciate your support, we pray that you and your families stay safe and hope to see you soon at ,,after this rough time passes. 🌮🌮El centenario management 🌮🌮

I go here sometimes but one of my waiters (the older guy) was so rude. To the point I wanted to walk out with out paying it was uncalled for for his mouth. I should have gave it one star but only reason I did because of the first waiter was really nice and understanding.
