The service at this place sucks.!! I give it another try when I think of going there. Spent about 25 minutes to get helped with an item. Walked the whole store, the whole time I was there looked at everyone that works there and still no help. This place it just doesn’t change.

Don't ever buy an extended protection plan from Best Buy. The device has been sent out four times at this point. It comes back not repaired. The Geek Squad guys can only do so much. But at this point they're either purposely not fixing it, or they're simply awful at their jobs in the repair center. We haven't had the laptop for two months because of trying to get it fixed. The customer service line is a joke.

No you can not
Everyone must wear a 😷 from the minute you walk in until the minute you walk out. There is hand sanitizer immediately inside the door. There are plexiglass dividers between you & all of the associates.
You could call your Best Buy and ask them. They should be able to help you.

Appointments are obviously based on availability per store. When you make an appointment in one store you can't believe they actually keep that time slot open in all the stores so that you may choose which one you desire to go to.
