I have to say what is lacking in space is not noticed by the quality and price of machines. Everything was noticibly cleaner and spent half of what I have been with drying. Friendly staff with Dot, but Debbie saved the day by answering my …Thank you Mr. Hensley, Space has always been a problem of ours. We have tried for many years to move into a larger suite but the landlord unfortunately always dampers our effort. I cant agree more we are absolutely squeezing 10 gallons in to our 5 gallon pail. At Laundry Services of Riverhead we try to give our customers everything we can to make your visit as pleasant as possible. Dot and Debbie are always about the customers. Both ladies are a true asset to the company. I'm so very pleased to hear they had been able to assist you. Thank you for coming and we will love to see you again.

The laundromat gets ***** The clientele gets * …Thank you Candice We try our very best to give our customers the cleanest store possible. As far as floor tiles we are well aware of the tiles in the front area. As you have noticed we are in the process putting in a new floor and unfortunately for us our tile came down with the flu. It will be better soon. Our apologies for the inconvenience . Children in this business are a tough situation and I couldn't agree more. The parents shouldn't put their responsibility on us. Again we apologize and do try to control as much as we can without being rude to the customer. We also always have a chair behind our counter that we use and can share with our customers in need. The laundromat has limited seating on purpose due to the children that stand on them and fall from inattentive parents. Again thank you and we will continue to strive to improve ourselves for our customers. P.S. our less busy day is Thursday!

The laundromat gets ***** The clientele gets * Pros: - Clean! Someone is usually wiping things down or sweeping in an effort to keep it clean, which is appreciated - the dryers give you 10 minutes per quarter instead of 7 like at other laundromats. Love this. - Employees are usually masked - They have step stools for us short folk, which is appreciated - the change machines always work, in my experience Cons: - Almost always crowded (because it's clean and affordable!) - Only about half the patrons are masked. Many walk around and eat or talk on the phone without the mask so if that's a deal breaker for you during this omicron surge, beware. - only 2 chairs and they're usually occupied by children, which stinks for chronic pain sufferers like me who can't stand for very long or walk long distances (so I can't pace) - There are almost always children here and the parents just do not care that they're in public, allowing their kids to scream endlessly and run around unchecked, often slamming the laundry carts into each other. This is disrespectful to the laundromat's property. I actually got a chair, then I just had a stranger's child physically lean on the back of my chair to "take a break" or something. Who does that? I know the children are not the fault or responsibility of the laundromat, but terrible, inattentive parents are something you will have to deal with when you come here. - Dr. Phil is always on. He's awful. I do like this laundromat. I just can't seem to get the timing right for when it's less crowded or child-free. (I will try Thursdays, thank you)
