We help process watercraft registrations seasonally. But these are different than vehicle registrations and are through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, not the BMV. We can collect information from you and payment (cash or check for these) at this location and we will mail your registration to you. This is not a primary function of the BMV.

You can use any BMV in the state of Ohio for any Ohio BMV transaction
You don’t need a birth certificate to renew your driver’s license unless you have a commercial driver’s license. If you wish to get a federally compliant drivers license, you will need to bring a certified birth certificate from the health department, social security card or W-2 from 2018 or 2019, and 2 proofs of address off the acceptable document list on ohiobmv.gov. If you wish to renew your standard drivers license, all you need is you previous ohio drivers license
You would need to present proof of weight to get a new trailer registration and plates. The previous owner can request a copy of his old registration to give you, or you can get the trailer weighed and bring an “official weight slip”, BMV form # 5721
Yes if you have the prescription from the Dr you mail it in with the payment and they pail you the place card
Auto Title Offices are run by the County, not BMV’s. Our title office closest to Johnstown is 12938 Worthington Rd Pataskala Oh 43062. This office is approximately a 10 minute drive from the Johnstown BMV, right on the outskirts of town
Titles are handled by the County Clerk of Courts Auto Title offices. We have a service that we provide where we will go to that office for you for an additional $10 or $15 depending on the type of title you need and it will take us approximately 1 week to bring the title back to the office for you to pick up. the closest county title office to our location is 12938 Worthington Rd Pataskala Ohio 43062. Appointments are not taken at either location.

Debi is correct that there is no late fee until 30 days late, but do be aware that you could receive a citation if you are driving the car on expired plates. We will see you on the 1st if you come to Johnstown!
