Made my order wrong and when I went back to tell the girl she claimed she made them and that she knows she made it right. I ordered no lettuce and paid 30 cents extra for each taco for extra sauce and she literally claimed to make it right. I opened the one a bite n she said well u already started eating that one: I told her I just left the drive thru n it’s wrong n showed her the remaining 8. She was incredibly rude and grabbed the bag and threw it into the trash . She continued to complain when she was remaking it. It’s not my fault they made the order wrong. I didn’t deserve to be treated like that. This was on 9/22/22 at 7pm

Mobile app allows selecting pick-up at drive thru or in lobby. I selected lobby because I was in a hurry, picking someone up at the airport. I arrived to encounter locked doors and a crew that refused to bring me my food, insisting I go through the drive thru which was full of cars and spilling out into the parking lot. If I wanted to wait in a long line in the drive thru, I would have chosen that option when I placed the order on the app and paid for it. I paid for food I never received and had to dispute the charge with my bank. Pathetic. Update 9/14/2022: Much has changed since this experience. Upgrading from 1 to 4 stars. Lobby is no longer closed, management managing, crew on point. Mobile app ordering working well. Glad those bad old days are over.
