Some holes in this area of the river can be up to 30 feet deep during summer months. Deeper during periods of high water. Lots of submerged logs. Be careful swimming there.
Yes. Wear your footwear and watch for those currents. Other than that, have fun fishing!
No reservations needed , there are only a few spots with tables , bring your own tables and chairs and you can find a nice spot.
Yes you can, but as a bank fishermen I would ask if you see someone fishing please don't do like others and go full throttle in front of them

Im not sure if they are allowed. But many people bring dogs on leashes. It is also a cat sanctuary there are many cats roaming around.

Can you camp out on your boat tied up some place along the river?
Just make sure you are on the opposite side of the river and be armed. Some weirdos go down there sometimes. Protect yourself.
