Absolutely the worst place I have ever dealt with. From the unprofessional customer service to the awful windshield installation I would never recommend this Safelite location to ANYONE! My windshield was set incorrectly and leaked heavily. They did not want to help with fixing anything. I took it to another location that was the complete opposite and VERY professional.

The best experience I had at the Pensacola location was taking my car somewhere else (Lloyd's Glass). I booked the appt almost 2 weeks ahead of time due to being out of town. Scheduled to drop-off on a Friday between 7:30-9:30am. Due to car trouble we ran late, however, we called and asked if it was okay. The lady stated as long as we were there by 10am it would be fine. We were there by 9:45a and dropped off the key. Around 3:30pm that day I had a missed call from Safelite (was at work, unable to answer). They did not leave a voicemail. They were closed when I was able to make a callback, but I assumed they were just informing that my car was ready. Arrived the next morning to see the tech holding the key to my car. I let him know I was there to pick it up. HIs responses were rude and with attitude. He claimed he had no idea what why the key was there, that it wasn't dropped off until the end of the prior day, the car wasn't ready and they don't allow a grace period for late drop-offs. He said the next earliest would be on Wednesday and I could leave the car. For whatever reason he cancelled my pre-payment. While I was standing there waiting for the time of my appt Wednesday, he said (with attitude), "This is going to take awhile, you can leave now". Wednesday comes and they call. My car won't start (same issue I had Friday when I dropped it off). They are cancelling my appt once more. No openings to reschedule for a few days. The lady at the desk when I picked it up was very polite, unlike the tech from Saturday. I called Lloyd's, they booked me for that day, I dropped off my car. Told them about the issue with my car (shifter was getting stuck just b4 park, had to push it up a bit further). The had me show them in case it happened so they could continue to fix my windshield. They had it done by the end of the day, they (Lloyd's) were VERY polite, understanding and helpful. They (Lloyd's are getting a GREAT review.

Reasonable, especially if it's an insurance claim.
With safelite they go through your insurance company but if your problem is replaceable they will do all for you at no charge out of pocket.
You'll need to call Safelite and inquire about it.
Standard is couple of hours dropping off at shop. Not sure regarding onsite services
I don think so. It is not in by of their advertisements.
Have you checked your auto insurance policy? I would check with them first.
