We do not work on the hydronic radiant systems, as they are typically installed and maintained by plumbing contractors. Apologies!

We are not sure what you are asking in regards to "deals with the City". We pull permits and have a good standing with all local jurisdictions, but individual cities and counties don't typically have rebates or other deals that would suggest they prefer one licensed contractor over another. We would be happy to answer more specific questions if there is something more concrete?
