Worst customer service. The assistant manager is rude as hell. Walked in and wasn’t greeted. I approached him for assistance he walked off to help a guy who walked in after me. I was told to come and pick up cash I was owed. He was made aware of my arrival. Very dismissive and unprofessional. I’m glad I no longer bank here I just have an auto loan set up.

I used to love Neighbors. Now they hold ATM deposits for 5 days (or more) because of "fraud in our area". As someone with a commercial account who only deposits checks from commercial accounts and who has NEVER had a check returned, I find this inexcusable. I talked to them in person (Xavier) about it. They (don't know their pronouns) said "it sometimes takes as long as 3 days to verify a check, even longer if it's fraudulent". I asked, "then why hold deposits for 5 days?" I got the same "fraud" answer. I asked, "how can you ever verify a check if it's fraudulent?" He looked as though I didn't understand English. To say they're incompetent would be an insult to the truly incompetent. They are perpetuating fraud while using the excuse of fraud. We need an attorney who wants to make money off of a class action suit. They're holding OUR money for days, money they're able to use and invest. It's all profit for them. Meanwhile they're causing us to commit fraud while we write checks and use our cards, thinking we have the money to do it while it's being stolen from us.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever ! Everyone is extremely dismissive. I definitely don’t feel valued as a customer. Looking forward to taking my personal and business accounts to another institution
