Me my friends went in first time Sunday we walked in we were told sit anywhere we did the customer service is very bad all the workers waiter and waitresses they don’t know how greet people and they handed us 3 menus we wanted mango smoothie they said we don’t have it today Then we asked waiter and waitress the menu how does it work it’s confusing to understand the menu,they were rude in rush didn’t explain clearly nothing was very hard to communicate with them there english wasn’t clear and they brush you off like there so busy They walked away and helped others then we got help from nearby customer he took time to explain to us then we understood once we ordered our food we started to eat then they told us if you want onion or cilantro or sauces you need go to End of aisle to receive it once I got up went there they had more things to add in hot pot to make it taste good it’s was our first and last time we will never go there or recommend anyone to go there so rude service Beware of waiters and waitresses being mean not explaining nothing clear and there English was hard to understand what they were saying also they are very impatient and walk away without helping you If I want hot pot I’ll cook it at home myself then being treated rudely
