I went in because my rear wheels started locking up it was a 270$ fix, I left in debt 470 up saled a whole bunch of parts I didn’t need & parts they added in that I didn’t pay for but they said it was on the house, I waited 6 hours & left later that day my rear wheels locked up while I was going 60 & I started spinning out then I had to take it back & my rpm’s eventually started fluctuating after that they recommended a transmission flush , at that point I took it to the Nissan dealership & the mechanic pointed out a whole bunch of different problems & pulled out a cabin filter that they jammed into the slot.

I went in for a routine wheel balance and tyre rotation. My car was driving fine before I came in but drove horrible afterwards with severe vibrations. I returned a day later and their explanation was that one of their balancing machines was needing recalibration. They rebalanced the wheels without even checking the air pressure ( which was low on all the wheels). Luckily, I know how to check the air pressure and did it myself. I used to like their service but I wouldn't recommend them anymore.
